How to use this guide

This site is the single, public source of truth for all Clinsoft brand assets from documents and slide decks to web pages, social graphics, emails, and partner materials. The sidebar is split into Get Started for orientation and Library for enforceable specifications. Each Library page follows a consistent pattern Overview, Specs, Usage, Don’ts, Downloads, Rationale, Quality checks, and Examples so you can quickly understand what an asset is, how to apply it, and why the rules exist.

When creating any asset, begin with Brand Foundation to align on purpose, audiences, personality, and messaging pillars. Then open the relevant Library pages (Logo, Color, Typography, Iconography, Accessibility, Co‑Branding, Templates) and download the files you need from the Downloads sections. Apply the Specs exactly, follow the Usage guidance for context, and avoid the Don’ts to prevent common mistakes. Always complete the Quality checks before publishing verify readable type, sufficient color contrast, clear link and focus styles, correct logo or lockup selection where applicable, and consistent icon stroke and sizing.

Treat the provided templates and files as starting points, not shortcuts: update content while preserving layout, spacing, and type scale; keep accent colors restrained to maintain hierarchy; and reserve status colors for functional meaning. Accessibility is non‑negotiable run a quick contrast audit on anything that isn’t dark text on white, and ensure images include meaningful alt text or are explicitly decorative.

Approved files live in this site’s /assets area or the DAM, and final deliverables should be saved back to those locations so teams can reuse them confidently. If you need a new pattern or a variation not covered here, document the need, attach a draft that follows the closest existing spec, and email brand@clinsoft.example.example for review. Partners should consult the Co‑Branding & Partnerships page before producing shared materials to ensure correct hierarchy, spacing, and color handling.
