Co‑Branding & Partnerships

Overview

Use the correct lockup model to respect both brands while ensuring clarity.

Specifications

Architecture:

Powered by Metaveo:: Acceptable form

Spacing: Maintain each mark’s clear space; separator rule inset 0.5×X from each mark.

Order: Host brand first (LTR). Equal partnership defaults to alphabetical unless specified by contract.

Color conflicts:: Switch one mark to monochrome (Navy/white) to maintain contrast.

Usage

Align vertical optical centers; keep sizes visually balanced.
The partner logos should always be in greyscale when placed adjacent to the Clinsoft logo.
Place on solid backgrounds or over images with adequate overlays.

Dont’s

Resize marks disproportionately or recolor partner marks.
Place lockups on busy/low‑contrast backgrounds.

Rationale

Clear hierarchy avoids implying endorsement where not intended and prevents legal confusion.
Separator rules and monochrome options maintain legibility across mixed palettes.

Quality checks

Are both logos recognisable at intended size?
Does the layout respect each brand’s clear space?
Is perceived visual weight balanced?
